Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 14 | Material and labour for scrapping and removing of old paint, stain loose material and algae, fungus growth of surfaces by sanding machine and applying two coats of 100% premium acryic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS-15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with Silicon Additives @ 2.43 Litre/sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.00 litre / 10sqm by using the auto-roller/airless paint sprayer as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Preparation of putty and paint must be done by multipurpose mixer. |
| 15 | Material and Labour for preparation for old surfave by sanding machine and filling the cracks upto 1-2 mm with wall putty including cleaning etc, and applying one coat of water resistant primer followed by two coats of acrylic emulsion paint using the Auto roller / Airless paint sprayer as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Preparation of putty and paint must be done by multipurpose mixer.
