| 7 | M&L for Walling of random rubble masonry built in cement mortar 1:6, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearlted and pointed flush the surface in contact with earth in the same mortar as the work proceeds including necessary weep holes at 0.8 metre centre to centre horizontally and 0.5m spacing centre to centre vertically (Staggered) as in retaining wall,including scaffolding if required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 12 | M&L Preparation of new plastered/pointed surfaces of walls after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified. |
| 13 | M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces by removing exixting paint of walls and applying one coat of weather proof antifungal paint all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. |
| 14 | M&L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified. |
| 15 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for note ;- (i) some places concertina coil fixed,rate includes any obstacles/hindrance cause due to concertina coil.and fixed to same place after work do not dislocate from prior location during painting. |
| 16 | S&F Framed work such as angle iron fencing posts includong embedding in concrete and screwing with existing fencing, grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding boltsframed balusters framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified & directed. |
| 17 | M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of Red oxide all as specified and directed. |
