The scope of work also includes trial run of 1 month & defect liability period of 3 months for Civil works after completion of successful trial run.

Supply and Pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness by trenchless method adopting any suitable technology below ground at required depth under running traffic condition as per railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water & sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipments for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (upto 3 metre depth) with proper protection at three sites with shoring sheets and ISMB's. Providing MS cutting edges for front shield and Constructing thrust bed at designated level. Necessary de-watering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber suddle as per the requirement of Railway Authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per requirement and as per approved by railway authorities, specification and the direction of the Engineer. 1100 mm dia M.S. Supply, Lowering, laying, jointing, welding, Installation testing and commissioning of Electric resistence welded (Up to 400mm) /Submerged arc welded (above 400mm) MS Pipe having beveled ends plate or coil as per IS 3589-2001 or latest for following thickness outside diameter at site including Inner side Epoxy paint 100(micron) and outer side gunnting (25mm thick) all taxes loading unloading etc. Complete. 900 mm dia 8 mm thickness Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
