Supply and fixing in repair fan condencer 2.5/ 4 MFD, 240 volts suitable capacity for ceiling/ exhaust Fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing of suitable size and capacity, for ceiling/ Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair shaft of suitable size and capacity for ceiling/ Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair hanging assembly set comprising with rubber reel, MS clamps, nuts, bolts with one lock hole and lock pins,canopy suitable for any type of fans and down rods complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan using synthetic enamel paint in two coat over one coat of primer of any make/sweep/model etc after cleaning/washing and fill up cavities using filler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
