( Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height) -Mixing by manual means

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing Supply and Fixing of Retro Reflective Road Name sign board single arrow size 1.00x0.50m size made out if wide angle cuble corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32 NB stainless steel pipe all around and 65 NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmX30cmX45cm complete. The information message shall be made out cut out letters in blue transparant overlay film as per IRC 67-201 Guidelines, 7years pre qualification warrenty for Retro Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture & a certified copy of three years out door exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be Retro Reflective type XI. The Retro Reflective sheeting should have manufactures WATERMARK on the sheeting surface for Identification.
