Taking down aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell socket, power socket etc complete including fittings and fixtures removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through PVC casing caping of size not less than 20mm including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, hooks etc, PVC junction boxes ISI marked with GI flush boxes / sunken boxes made out of 1.2mm thick of any module from 2 to 18 module confirming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly including modular cover plates with frame i.e. inner and outer plate extended upto 25 mm over sunken box for housing the modular switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light / fan / bell point contorlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs for one light point/ fan point/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.NOTES : -(i) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. (ii) The Cost of all screws, fasteners, sunken box, modular frame and cover plate of any module, bolts, nuts & washer is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.(a) One light /Fan /Ex Fan/Bell/ point controlled by one, one way switch/bell push.
