| 1 | Providing post construction anti-termite treatment to existing buildings along the internal walls of the building at the junction of the walls and floor, along the external perimeter, treatment at point of contact of wood, soil under existing floor, etc., by making holes and injecting the termite emulsion by using hand operated pressure pump untill refusal of chemical to form complete chemical barrier and the holes shall be sealed with cement mortar slurry and white cement after the treatment including cost of chemical labour and all other incidental charges etc., all complete as per specification and as per IS-6313 (Part-3).Note: 1) Termiticides chemical composition of Imidacloprid 30.5% SC with 0.075% concentration or Chloropyriphos 20% EC with 1% concentration shall be used. 2) Guarantee bond for 5 years period in the approved format has to be submitted by the contractor. 3) After the treatment, the treated building has to be checked with TERMITE DETECTOR and the finding has to be recorded building wise and floor wise twice in a year to ensure protection from the termite during guarantee period. 4) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract. |

| 5 | Treatment at points of contact of wood work using chemical emulsion @ 0.10 ltr per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same including treating the electrical fixtures with 5% malathion dusting powder, etc., all complete as per specifications. |
| 6 | Treatment at points of contact of wood work by using chemical emulsion in mineral oil or kerosene based solution @ 0.10 ltr per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same including treating the electrical fixtures with 5% malathion dusting powder, etc., all complete as per specifications. |
| 7 | Clearing and removal of ant-hill mounts of following sizes including earth work excavation, injecting termite emulsion using Imidacloprid 30.5% SC with 0.075% concentration (or) Chloropyriphos 20% EC with 1% concentration chemical emulsion at various layers with minimum quantity of 2 litres, refilling the pit with new earth available at site, disposing the excavated earth to a lead of 2 kms, levelling the area, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer. |

| 11 | The schedule of quantities is to be read for the purpose of pricing in conjunction with the special conditions, general rules for the guidance of contractors, conditions of contract, specifications, drawings, schedule of supply of materials and the appendices. |
| 12 | The prices inserted in the schedule of quantities shall be inclusive of value of the work described including all cost and expenses, which may be required in and for the construction of the work described together with the general risks, liabilities and obligations not forth or implied in the documents on which the tender is to be based. |
| 13 | The quantities stated are to be considered approximate only and the unit prices entered in the schedule of quantities and prices shall apply only to the actual quantities measured in the completed work in accordance with the specifications. |
| 14 | All the materials other than those shown in schedule of supply of materials in section VII are to be arranged by the contractor and his rates should account for the same. |
| 15 | Rates quoted for all items in this tender shall include cost of all materials including cement and steel. Department will not supply any materials other than materials stipulated in Section - VII of the tender and as such the rates quoted must be all inclusive. |
