The size of the shell should be :- Top Roller: 830x1500mm(Note:- Material Composition of Re-shelling should be:- Carbon: 3.20 to 3.60% Magnese: 2.20 to 3.20% Sillicon: 1.20 to 2.20% Phosphorus: 0.50% Maximum Sulphur: 0.15% Maximum Material Confirmed: IS-11201-1985 i) You have to submit test certificate of material composition. ii) You have submit Ultrasonic Test report of the shaft. iii) Shell composition may be got checked by the mills from any reputed lab.
