Chipping, Cleaning & Painting/White washing of a) Spray Pond & Injection Channels along with Injection house.b) ETP with all equipment’s and channel from plant to ETP 2 a) Chipping, cleaning and painting of all equipment’s & machinery Centrifugal station (all C/F Machine, Pug mill, Magma mixture,gutters etc.) during off season 2026 b) Chipping, cleaning and painting in drier house i.e. hoppers, grader, all sugar elevators, Sugar bins, power built machines, bag closure Stitching machines, conveyor chains etc. 3. Chipping, Cleaning & Painting white washing/Painting of all equipment of clarification house (Juice Weighing scale, door, Oliver filters lime station, Sulphur furnances, juice sulphitor and syrup sulphitor along with related jobs. 4 a) Chipping, cleaning of top tube plates and bottom tube plates of all juice heaters, evaporators along with FFEs etc. B) Chipping, cleaning of all juice heaters, evaporators, FFEs, all save all’s exhaust lines, vapour lines, all valves, all syrup lines, siphons, all syrup and lines etc 5 a) Chipping, Cleaning & Painting, at pan station, top & bottom tube plate with along related jobs. b) Chipping, cleaning & Painting of all crystallizers along with related jobs. |
