| 4 | Providing, supplying \\"JCB\\" loader cum excavator including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works at various location inside BARC Trombay Mumbai all as directed by Engineer Incharge as and when required . |
| 5 | Providing and supplying of Dumper for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, furniture, debris, garbage at various location inside BARC Trombay Mumbai as instructed by Project Engineer.Notes (for Item Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) : 1.The rates shall be inclusive of machine, Fuel, Operator, Driver, Helper and other consumables etc. The contractor is required to engage skilled driver / Operator possessing valid driving license (Preferably professional). 2.The make and model of the vehicle should be less than 8 Years old, roadworthy with all valid documents. 3.The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 4. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc., wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by you and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 5. In and exit time at North gate/south gate of BARC shall be strictly considered for billing / measurements / payments. Log book duly countersigned by Engineer-In-Charge to be maintained. 6. Breakdown hours and lunch break timing shall not be considered for the payments. 7. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at time of preparing the bill. 8. BARC being a strategic Organisation, all the operators, drivers should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC , Driving licenses and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English. 9.Cost of damages to any Government movable/ immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the contractor. 10. Required number of Manpower shall be provided as per the instructions/ Duty slip. 11. The contractor shall follow all security rules & regulations of BARC issued from time to time and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. 12.The driver and the labourers shall work as per the instructions given by the departmental Officers. 13. Advance intimation will be given to the contractor about the requirement. 14. The Trucks along with labourers should report at North Gate, BARC at 08:30 Hrs. 15. The normal working duty of the truck / Hydra / JCB / Dumper / Manpower will be 08 hours excluding half hour lunch break, work done for more than 8 hours will be claculated on pro-rata basis for each shift. 16. The contractor shall take the signature of the departmental authorities on duty completion slip daily after completion of the work. 17. The successful contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident /injury caused to contractor persons while executing the job. 18. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra. 19. Hydra operator shall have valid \\"license\\" and new mettaling lifting slings. 20.The rates are inclusive of all taxes if any, except Goods & Service taxes (GST). |
| 6 | Collecting of structural steel scrap and cutting into pieces and stacking the same as instructed by Project Engineer at various locations of BARC, Trombay Mumbai. |
| 7 | Supplying man power along with necessary plans, spades, shavels, punjas, ropes, small spacial spades, rain coats etc, minimum two labours per day and maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day to carryout the cleaning work, loading work etc as directed by Project Engineer.
