33Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the Department. Notes : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3. Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
34Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured by approved brands of BARC only Confirming to IS:1786
35Providing Structural steel work in M.S. Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials manufactured by approved brands of BARC only. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials Note: 1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department and the contractor has to procure the same. 2)Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts, anchor bolts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.(3) All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. (4) Edges of plates shall be grinded to uniform smooth finish. '(5) Full length welding shall be carried out as directed by the EIC.
36Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: 1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department and the contractor has to procure the same. 2)Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts, anchor bolts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.(3) All holes will be made by drilling only. 37Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections Using materials of approved equivalent quality/ product meeting technical parameters, confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.
38Providing, supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins, posts etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including appyling a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved make all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in chargeNote : Grade of structural steel E 310, confirming to IS 2062-2011 , Minimum yield strength 310 N/mm2.1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department and the contractor has to procure the same. 2)Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts, anchor bolts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.(3) All holes will be made by drilling only. 39Providing and fixing hand rail using 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes of approved size and make and quality by welding, mirror / matt polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
40Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash / Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq. cm strength of approved make and size in Sub structure including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.
41Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure up to and including Floor II Level including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.
42Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure above Floor-II level and up to and including 20 m height by lifting material by mechanical means using tower crane / manual lifting including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

44Providing and constructing brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure above plinth up to and including Floor II level including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings
