The successful bidder shall provide tent services as per the terms and conditions of this E-Rate Contract and the work orders issued by this office from time to time on various occasions. Annexure-1 includes 29 items, and work orders shall be issued by MCB as per requirement.The rates for the first day shall be 100%. The rates for the second day shall be 50%, and for the third day onwards, the applicable rates shall be 25%. All kinds of charges are included in the estimated cost.Skilled, unskilled, and semi-skilled labour engaged for tent services shall be entitled to minimum wages, 13% EPF, 3.25% ESI, etc., as per the guidelines of the Labour Department. Hence, the bidder must include all costs in the tender premium before quoting the tender premium rate.
