Cast in situ cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specification, in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3(corresponding to M20 grade)with well graded 20mm. down stone metal aggregate, laid in portion by casting in alternative panel or other wise to keep gap in 12 mm. between the adjacent unite over alayer of pollythene sheet of thickness not less then 100 micron to cast as a separator between the bottem surfaceof the block and sand cushion/ filter materials laid below the block,including dressing ramming, shuttering finishing the exposed surface by trowel without adding any aditional cement and sand morter, curing, and filling the gaps between the adjacent unite by the 5.6 mm. down coarse to by compacted properly, with the leads and lift including supply and carriage of all materials complete, without the cost of sand cushion filter.
