Repariring and strengthening of damaged and rusted legs on different towers of 132 kV See 129 to Sec 45 line. Following work will be done including all labour, T&P, material (except Gal. Tower parts and nut & bolts) and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorilly as per technical specification.i) Excavation of earth around the chimney 0.8 mtr to 1.20 mtr deep and 1.0 to 1.2 meter dia. Breaking the himney 0.4 mtr to 0.8 mtr below the ground level and 0.2 to 0.3 mtr above the ground level including removing of earth & cleaning rust from the stub and apply zinc rich allu. paint on rusted portion of stub after applying one cost of red oxide for making suitable lap joint to each stub. ii) Making of 1 No. cleat of 0.8 to 1.20 Meter for legs suitable for inner and outer surface of stube from galvanized steel angle of suitable size provided by deptt. by cutting and drilling of holes etc. This includes carriage of material from 220 S/S Sec 129 Noida to work site and material left after work back to substation.iii) Fixing the inner and outer cleats on damaged and rusted stub by making suitable holes on stub and providing 16 to 20 Nos. 16 mm nut, bolts & washer as per site requirement (nut, Bolt & Washer will be provided by the Deptt.) by making suitable holes corresponding to cleats & proper tightening.iv) Applying of two coat and rust paint on repaired stub (Approx length of each stub 1.00 to 1.20 Meter.

Remaking and increasing chimney height of 132 kV S/C A,B,C type tower up to length of 0.08 to 1.30 Meter in CC ratio 1:2:4 by using coarse sand & 20 mm grit after providing & fixing of 04 No. 16 mm 0.8 to 1.20 meter steel bar including binding by 5 to 6 No. 6mm steel bar ring and after placing proper shuttering Including back filling of earth and proper curing for 10 days & after removal of all shuttering.
