| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of microprocessor based water cooled ,silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 125 KVA ,415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, AMF panel having 2 years maintenance sapres with anti vibration pad / dampers and fixed on PCC foundation of suitable size as per manufacturer instruction incl Genset Model No -KG4-125WS1 or equivalent make as per PS(a) Diesel Engine :- water cooled, 4 cylinder developing 156 HP , 4 stroke cycle at 1500 RPM under normal NTP condition at Digaru Stn as per IS 10001/10002, ISO 8528 -1 the engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement. The engine will comply with latest CPCB VI+ norms and is complete with (a) starter motor,(b) Battery charging alternator, (c) Dry type air cleaner, (d) fuel pump, (e) G3 class Governor, (f) flywheel with flywheel housing, (g) exhaust Silencer, (h) first fill of lub oil, (j) Engine protection - low lubeoil pressure and high water temperature with 12 V battery of suitable AH as per OEM recommendation with copper leads and brass terminals ( k) Radiator with fan etc complete all as specified and as directed. The engine shoulf be designed to run continiously at 1500 RPM with an overload capacity of 10% for one hr in every 12 hrs. The noise level should be less then 75 DB as per latest CPCB norms Fuel tank of capacity not less then 230 ltrs shall be provided with DG set . the tanl shall be completed with an outlet , drain plug , air vent , air breather and necessary piping . Fuel tank shall be fitted inside accoustic enclosure. |
| 2 | (b) Alternator :- The alternator shall be rated with 125 KVA(100KW) output at NTP suitable for continious operation at 1500 RPM developing 415 Volts at 0.8 PF(lag) for 50 Hz, 3ph, 4 wire system. the alternator shall be brushless type provided with suitable AVR, self excited , self regulated, floor mounted, overload capacity 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours operation without exceeding temperature raise limit. Insulation class of the alternator is H class. alternator efficiency at 0.8 pf lag should not be less than 91.9%. Maximum voltage dip at full load 0.8 PF ( lag ) should not be less then 20%. Max time to build up rated voltage at rated RPM should be less then 2 Sec, provided engine reach the rated speed. (c) Sound proof enclosure :- The engine should be supplied with special sheet metal fabricated on CNC machine , powder coated enclosure designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB ( avg) all orround Brand marking as per IS 8528 part 10 as per approved CPCB.
