The work should not hamper due to non-availbility of Tools & Tackels. The above tools shall be handed over to GAIL Gas after completion of contract in working condition. (All mentioned tools and tackles are to be provided in 1st month only, payment shall be done in 1st RA bill after supply of tools and tackles). |

| 15 | MDPE PIPELINE TO GI CONNECTIVITY FOR INDIVIDUAL HOUSES /APARTMENT/INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL PNG CONNECTION: Laying of MDPE Pipeline of PE100 grade with SDR 11 of sizes 20mm, 32mm, 63 mm & 90 mm upto 10m length in Bengaluru Geographical Area (GA). In case the length exceeds 10m for MDPE pipeline connectivity including Road/Drain etc crossings if any, the payment for the additional length will be made prorated basis as per the SOR item (Example: If the rate for 10m connectivity is ₹3000, then laying of 2m additional MDPE beyond 10m, the payment shall be 2x(3000/10) = ₹600/-). Each Transition fitting used for last mile connectivity for PE to GI shall be considered for certification of connectivity payment under this SOR item.The following works are also included in the scope of this item: |
| 16 | Trenching of the required width and depth in all kinds of soil, asphalt roads, concrete pavements/roads, all kind of pathways or laying of PE pipes of sizes 20 mm, 32mm, 63mm & 90mm for maximum length upto 10m from saddle /tee connectivity at one end for connecting with the existing PE network and TF at the other end for GI pipe connectivity at the other end including crossing of MDPE pipes below the drains as required depending on the drain depth but not less than 1000 mm cover from drain bottom slab. |
| 17 | This item covers supply and installation of MDPE to GI Transition fitiings alongwith TF guard (Transition fitting of Size 1\\" x 32 mm with 1000 mm length 4 inch GI TF guard/ TF of size 3/4\\" x 32 mm with 1000 mm length 4\\" inch GI TF guard / TF of size 3/4\\" x 20 mm with 1000 mm length 2.5\\" inch GI TF guard/ TF of size 1/2\\" x 20 mm with 1000 mm length 2.5\\" inch GI TF guard ), Supply & Installation of 1m length GI pipes (sizes 1\\" or 3/4\\" or 1/2\\" ) as per IS-1239 (B-Class/ Medium), supply & installation of Isolation valve & end plug. Refer tender drawing for sizes of PE pipes, TF & GI pipe, valve for carrying out MDPE to GI Last Mile connectivity to various Domestic, Commercial & Industrial Customers . Each transition fitting used for Last mile connectvity for 20/ 32mm PE to GI shall be considered for certification of this connectivity payment under this SOR Item. |
| 18 | The GI pipe to be extended above ground after TF and valve to be installed in vertical portion of GI pipes, end plug to be done at the end of GI pipe. The GI pipe shall have coating with 60 micron synthetic paint of approved colour and shade. Alternatively, pipes and fittings to be applied with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour. The application of paint shall be before fixing the pipe to wall. |
| 19 | TF guard shall be 300-400 mm above ground level and 600 mm below ground level, filling the annular space inside the TF guard with sand. Supply of sand is included in this item. |
| 20 | Item includes pneumatic testing of the assembled section as per the specification and standard procedure of testing of the assembled section as per the specification and standard procedure of testing of the complete installation, supply and fixing of approved clamp, fasteners, supports etc. All threading shall be NPT threading with thread making machine. |

Restoration of Molling/HDD pits on Asphalt road shall be carried out as per requirement of Local authoritity/GBA/Municipal Corporation/BDA/KIADB/KRDCL/NHAI/BMRCL/KHB/GRAM PANCHAYAT/PWD/LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS/MORTH etc.2). Cutting of Asphalt/concrete Road top For pits: Top layer of asphalt/ Concrete shall be cut open by employing mechanized saw/cutters for maintaining straight line for excavating Entry and Exit pits.3) Restoration of entry/exit pit shall be carried out by filling the bottom layer with stone grit, followed by 200mm thk. GSB & 250mm thk. WMM with top bituminous layers comprising of 50mm thk. BM & 25mm thk. Premix carpeting matching with the existing road top level. |
| 25 | Laisoning works for making the Last Mile Connectivity to Domestic, Commercial & Industrial Customers from the existing mainline: The item includes the liasoning from the concerned authorities such as BBMP / BDA / BWSSB local offcials, traffic ploice, police, BESCOM, BSNL,NHAI, Railways, BWSSB, RTO etc. and any other utility companies / agencies such OFC operators etc for carrying out the connectivity from mainline. Repairing/replacement of all damaged utilities if any, and payment of any compensation (if claimed by owner/other utility agencies) is in scope of the Contractor. |
| 26 | Core cutting in basement walls , supplying and grouting of GI sleeves for PE pipe laying, Core cutting in concrete, stone, granite etc. upto 2”. Job needs to be carried out at customer premises or at the location informed by GG. Due care is to be taken during execution of the job, all restoration after completion is to be carried out.
