Safety Officer will report to EIC and liable to follow his instruction time to time during their deputation at work site. Incase of non deployement of Safety Officer during execution of works at site and/or as per instruction of EIC, penalty will be levid to contractor as per rate/ amount mentioned in Annexure-10 to SCC enclosed with the tender document and the same will be deducted from their RA Bill.
