Employees Deposit Linked Insurance(EDLI) - 0.5% of BP+VDA upto maximum Rs 75/- per month.

Administrative Charges (EPF & EDLI) - 0.5% of BP+VDA per month.

House Rent Allowance (HRA) - 16% of Basic plus VDA or Rs 3600 (whichever is higher)

ESI/Medical Allowance on HRA - 3.25 % of HRA

Annual Bonus - 8.33% per month (Basic+VDA) (Eligibile only if the Basic Wages (BW) + VDA < Rs 21000)

Uniform Outfit Allowance - 5% of Basic & VDA

Uniform Washing Allowance - 3% of Basic & VDA

Relieving Charges 1/6 th of total of serial (1-10)
