Conducting a comprehensive structural audit including a complete site survey with ''as-built'' drawings, visual screening for defects, and Non-Destructive testing (NDT) on RCC members and foundation, seepage/leakage survey and look out for defects. A technical analysis of the building's current load capacity against modern building norms and load requirements, a detailed report will be submitted outlining specific requirements for repairs and retrofitting if required in structure complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Inclusive of 18% G.S.T).
