Preparation of Land (jungle cutting, breaking of hard concrete surface, removal of rubbish, stones, concrete blocks and dumping at designated place)

Pit Cutting (02 feet in radius and depth of 04 feet) including removal of rubbish/ hard elements to the designated place

Cost of large size disease free healthy Plants (20-25 feet in height including trunk and leaves, excluding root ball). The heads of the palm shall be well balanced with at least 9 (nine) leaves and a healthy growing apical shoot all free from pest and disease.

Planting of plants, placing plants into pit using Crane (hydra), filling of pits with good horticultural soil (includes transportation charge of Carrying each plant by trailer to the site of work) including labour, tools all complete.

Fortifying each plant with bamboo-made strong structure for support to withstand in adverse natural condition like storms, placement of tree guard made by split bamboo sheets including labour, tools and materials all complete.

Maintenance of plants for 2 years (watering, de-weeding, spraying pesticides, fertilizer at regular interval including material costs and replacement of dead plants) at various place under SMPK, as per the direction of Officer-in-charge.
