NSOR :- Repair of horizontal and vertical expansion joints including all lead and lift.

Cleaning of all old concrete, plaster, bitumen, thermocol, bitumen filling board, etc if required and making of proper grooves in expansion joints.

Providing and fixing of backer rod, high density polymer rod of Pidilite, ELANTAS Beck India Ltd., Novartis, Choksey chemicals or approved equivalent make into expansion joint upto proper depth (size: 20 to 40 mm).

Followed by priming of the surface by polysulphide primer of Pidilite, ELANTAS Beck India Ltd., Novartis, Choksey chemicals or approved equivalent make

Providing and laying 1/2 inch masking tape if required, on both sides of joints to reduce the wastage and improve the linearity of joint.

Filling of polysulphide sealant of Pidilite, ELANTAS Beck India Ltd., Novartis, Choksey chemicals or approved equivalent make into the joints in one or two layer and finish it with soap water.

For treated polysulphide protection and universal finishing, applying on all treated surface ASO water resistance synthetic tape 100 mm to 150 mm along with bonding adhesive Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
