| 6 | M&L for 40mm thick Damp proof course mix with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml of 50kg of cement, to horizontal or vertical surface including necessary formwok in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate and applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50kg per square meter and blinding with clean dry sand @0.05cu.m. per sqm, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-LWC shall be measured and paid seperately). |
| 7 | M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring / hardstanding, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over, laid over cement screed base, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk. |
| 12 | M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mxed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut in, wall lining, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing and including backing plaster of 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. |

| 15 | M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | S&F rain water gutter in half round shape 110mm dia PVC (SWR) grade pipes single socketed in any length with integral outlet of 110 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | M & L for Preparation of New or old previously untreated steel surfaces including two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint over priming with red oxide, zinc of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified.Note :- (i) Main tee, cross tee shall be 35x25x1.5mm & 25x25x1.5mm respectively. Angle at end all along the walls shall be 40x25x2mm. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of frame work complete. |
