Providing and fixing of 16 mm thick Mineral Fibre Acoustic Ceiling Tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and pattern to match with the existing false ceiling design across the C-DOT Campus (Approved make: Armstrong – Minatuff RH99 / DUNE RH-99, Micro Look or equivalent asapproved by the Engineer-in-Charge), having Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ≥ 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052–0.057 W/m·K, NRC Value > 0.65, and Fire Performance as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7, in true horizontallevel, suspended on interlocking Hot Dipped All Round GI T-Grid system of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 GSM) comprising Main T-Runners of 15 x 32 mm x 3000 mm, Cross Tees of 15 x 32 mm x 1200 mm and Secondary Cross Tees of 15 x 32 mm x 600 mm, forming a grid module of 600 x 600 mm to match the existing grid pattern; the grid suspended from the ceiling / soffit using 6 mm dia fully threaded GI hanger rods up to 1000 mm length with L-shape level adjusters of 85 x 25 x 2 mm and M-6 Dash Fasteners, spaced at 1200 mm c/calong Main T-Runners; GI Perimeter Wall Angle of 24 x 24 mm (0.40 mm thick) fixed to walls with plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c and 40 mm long SS dry wall screws; all exposed bottom portions of T-sections to be pre-painted withpolyester baked paint; necessary provisions for electrical light fixtures and cable routing to be made and finished properly, the rate being inclusive of the same; for all heights, all complete as per drawings, specifications, and directions of theEngineer-in-Charge. 45 sqm
