The tank shall be complete with heavy duty PUF insulation of minimum 50 mm thickness/density 40 kg/m³ or equivalent thermal insulation to minimize heat loss, externally cladded with aluminium/GI powder coated sheet of suitable thickness, mounted on MS structural support/legs with anti-corrosive coating. The tank shall be provided with inlet, outlet, drain, overflow, air vent, thermometer pocket, pressure gauge, temperature indicator, safety valve, pressure relief valve, NRV, inspection manhole, thermostat sensor pocket and all necessary fittings/accessories required for proper functioning with heat pump system. The tank shall be hydraulically tested at 1.5 times working pressure and complete with interconnections, supports, foundation fasteners and all accessories as required.
