During execution, the vendor will configure and harden the Linux servers, set up separate application and database servers for both primary and DR sites, and provide all required software licenses and API subscriptions, while POWERGRID supplies only the hardware, OS, and TLS certificates. The vendor will migrate all Moodle data, upgrade to the latest stable version, validate customizations, and assist in selecting and configuring an appropriate Moodle theme. Following migration, extensive functional, compatibility, security, and performance testing—including VAPT by a CERT‑In empanelled agency—will ensure system stability, compliance, and reliability.
