Distempering 1st coat with oil bond distemper of approve brand and manuacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shed over & including a priming coat with cement primer of aproved brand and manufraucture such as berger,j&n, shalimar, asian,paints after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plasternof approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials As per S.I.no. 649 DSR 2023 14.41.1
