Dismantling hanging corroded tower parts like bracing etc. from Roof top tower standing over 3mtr isolated columns at the edge of terrace and removing the same from bunch of cables by taking all care against damage to RF cables by temporarily binding , taking all care against falling of dismantled hanging iron angles over side by structures, lowering the same by ropes including removal of rusted nuts and bolts by cutting and stacking at site under the safe custody of the agency all complete including all necessary tools, ropes etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge(The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site for safety of men and material and side by structures.)

Supplying at site steel work in single/welded sections for replacement of corroded tower parts including making necessary holes as per requirement at site including cost of transportation etc complete ( excluding installtion on tower) as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Extra for using GI sections, i.e angles, plates, flats etc instead of MS sections in Tower work

Fixing of GI angles one by one to already erected Roof top tower over isolated 3Mtr RCC columnd at the edge of terrace ,Installing available Cable Tray, ladder, etc. including Lifting/hoisting the materials with rope & pulley arrangement without causing damage to the side by structures. The members should be fixed to the RTT by bolting to the flanges available on the tower with MS hot dipped galvanized nuts, bolts and spring & pack washers tightening properly, etc as per the approved drawing as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The rate includes cost of labour, tool & plant charges, insurance charges for installing the tower materials. Proper safety measures shall be followed as per the guidelines for erction for towers (The cost of materials ie MS/GI angle and plate sections, nuts,, bolts, washers etc will be paid separately )

Supplying Galvanised Nut bolt, washer , spring washer etc. of required diameter and size for tower work .

Painting the tower, including ladder, cable tray, working platforms, gantries etc. with Luxol or equivalent high gloss synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats of required colour, (as per aviation standards for tower) and even shade including applying Zinc Chromate on the new work wherever required as directed by Engineer-incharge. This item includes necessary hire charges of tools & plants, payment of insurance premium of working labours, safety implements, etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a)6m height Roof top tower .
