| 11 | Shifting of Sludge to Sludge Pit/ lagoon/ Additional Land/Bioremediation Pit: The scope shall include entry into Holding Pond, making manual / mechanical arrangement for collecting and shifting of sludge in trucks/trolleys placed at the entry of holding pond near Roadside, transporting to Sludge Pit/ lagoon/ Additional Land/ Bioremediation Pit located inside Owner’s installation including supervision, supply of all manpower, equipments, tools & tackles, PPE's, breathing apparatus, fire and safety appliances etc. to complete the job in all respects as per the direction of EIC/ Site Engineer and tender specifications. Explosive meter with calibration should be brought by the contractor to continuously monitor the LEL & oxygen level inside the Holding pond. During transportation of sludge, the tractors should be covered properly to avoid any spillage of sludge oil mix inside the station. |
| 12 | Cleaning dechoking and flushing inspection chambers and connected drain lines with drain cleaning rods, bamboos, compressed air, steaming etc. removal of oily muck outside the chamber completed upto 100M lead. The item includes transportation of all machinery and plants, all labour, tools etc. complete, taking all necessary safety precautions as specified. Water at one point shall be supplied free of cost, hire charges for compressed air shall be paid separately if required. |
