| 1 | Taking out and removal of sludge/mud from septic tank/manholes af any size and depth and burying the sludge in pits of suitable depth and top off the pit shall be covered with earth layer of 30cm duly compacted out side the building perimeter up to a distance of 50 metres including excavation of pits, removal of surplus soil excluding de-watering of water complete all as specified and directed. Note : De-watering of water will be measured and paid separately. Only sludge will be measured and paid under this item. |
| 2 | Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid/rainwater from septic tank/soak wells/manholes/drains of any size and depth and removal of the same to a distance 50 metres outside of the building perimeter including using of any type of T & P required etc for de-watering of water complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Clearing and removal of blockage of any type in WC, bathroom, kitchen including floor/nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipe, gully trap upto first manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning/de-sludging and removing foreign materials to a distance up to 50 metres to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Clearing and removal of all blockage in sewage line of any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any depth in any situation by the way of cleaning/de-sludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manually/mechanically including de-sludging of manhole/sewage line where required and ordered by Engr-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional upto final drop/outlet into septic tank/soak well/central sewage system terminating in other joining zone area or into sewage wells complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Note for Item No 03 & 04 :-(a) Contractor shall detail 01 x Supervisor to office of AGE B/R-I daily by 9.00 AM except Govt holidays who will report to concerned JE (Civil)/Engr-in-Charge to receive all complaints of Zone 'B' area under this contract and no extra payment deemed/provided for the same.b) Contractor shall detail 02xSweepers to office of AGE B/R-I daily by 9.00 AM except Govt holidays who will report to concerned JE (Civil)/Engr-in-Charge to attend all complaints of Zone 'B' area under this contract and no extra payment deemed/provided for the same.(c) Contractor shall provide service providers as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments including safety measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day.(d) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line, blockages of any shall be attended within same day (within 12 hours). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detected/completed same day, but sufficient efforts applied by the contractor for clearing the blockages to the satisfaction of concerned JE(Civil)/Engr-in-Charge carried out. The same complaint must be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00PM) without fail.(e) In case of any complaint pertaining to cleaning of blockage in sewage line or any is not removed/cleared with in 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM), a penalty @100/- per complaint shall be affected from the contractor's payment. |
