Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximumsize of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriateweigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micronthick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contractionand expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding stripsprimer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost ofpolythene sheet.

Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportionof 1:2:4 (M-20) in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement andits bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire andincluding necessary centering and shuttering etc. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor freeof cost including making of drip coarse.
