| 19 | Note: - 1. Bidder are required to quote Numeric values inn percentage (%) only against Respective Foreign currency, in which payment is desired to be made. Allowable foreign currencies for payment are USD, EURO, and JPY only. 2. The above format of currency wise breakup would not affect the comparison and evaluation of financial bids, which will be governed in accordance with clause ITB 34.1. This format is to be used for release of payment to contractor (successful bidder) during execution of work. 3. Selling rate of Exchange at the cost of business of State bank Of India on the Thirty (30) days before the latest date of tender submittal (SBI’s Bill Selling Rate) shall be taken for conversion of INR to foreign currency (e.g., if latest date of tender submittal is 31.03.2026 then selling rate of Exchange shall be applicable for 01.03.2026). 4. The payment in Foreign currency will be made only on submission of documentary evidences of items being imported and billed in foreign currency, as per the respective percentage quoted against Foreign currency. 5. The payment in Foreign Currency shall be restricted to the invoice value of imported items or percentage of foreign currency quoted by the bidder, whichever is less. 6. In case any % component of foreign currency is not claimed, the payment shall be released in INR.
