Scrap collection and TransportationScope of work:-.All unwanted materials such as structurals, rubberlined pipes, wire ropes ,old grab bucket etc ..lying various areas at Q10 and ammonia handling has to be collected and shall be transported to scrap yard at FACT Cochin Division,Amabalamedu after taking the weight and deposited in the appropriate areas earmarked for different materials as per instructions. Approximate scrap quantity (structural 30 MT, rubberlined pipes 10MT,wire ropes 5 MT , conveyors 5 MT and other items 20MT). Rates includes cost of truck, heavy equipment cutting gases, loading,unloading and transpotation.

Shifting of spare pipe & other itemsAfter fabricating pipe rack ,all spare items from ammonia godown , pipes of different diameters 15 NB to 300 NB, tubes, flanges and other spares to be shifted from existing place to(300NB pipe 60 meter shifted to CD store) and other spares to Q10 site .Pipes are to be properly stacked on pipe rack .300NB pipe, 60 meter to be shifted to CD store.
