| 1 | Supply installation, commissioning and testing of ECO friendly silent diesel engine driven water cooled generating set of capacity 250 KVA, 415 volts, AC supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NPT, speed 1500 RPM mounted on common base plat with flexible couping and meeting the requirements of IS-4722/BIS, IS 13364 specification with CPCB IV+ approved accoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheet metal base frame sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality toam conforming to IS 8183 of 25mm thickness and density 30 Kg/m\\" complete in all respect complete as per manufacturer recommendations with following specifications:(a) DIESEL ENGINE : Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capcity at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specification provided with blower fan 12 volts sefl starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/alternator, air cleaner, diesel /oil filters complete in all respect. The engine shall be capacity shall be capable of taking 10% overload for one hour for every 12 hours of running conforming to the environment (protection act 1986) (29 of 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of india Notifications Part-il Section-II Section-III sub Section (1) sub Section (1) dated 12 Jul 2004 completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 2 | (b) ENGINE INSTRUCTONS PANEL : All relevant information of lubricant, oil pressure, battery charging, ammeter hours meter, starting switch( c) FUEL TANK: In built tank of adequate capacity with stop cock drain plug and necessary fuel pipe complete as per manufacturer recommendations.(d) ALTERNATOR 250 KVA, 415 volts AT NTP, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts AC supply 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless conforming to relevent IS/BIS code per latest manufactureing schedule.(e) CONTROL PANEL The standard control shall be built in acoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wire with suitable size of copper cables:-(i) MCCB of suitable rating with overload ans short curcuit protection(ii) Digital ammeter(i)Digital voltmeter.(iv) One set of indication LED lamps RYB and fuse.(v)Frequency meter, RPM meter, Hour, fuel level indicator.(vi)KWH meter electronic tamper proof digital for 3 phase 415 volts AC unbalanced load of siutable capacity (v) Water tempertature oil pressure guage completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 3 | Note : The gen set must be fixed with label meeting the following requirements (The label shall be durable and legible):-(i) Name and address of the engine manufacturer.(ii) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment protections.(iii) Type and approval certificate number.(iv) Date of manufacture of DG set. completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 4 | Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note No 1 :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire escompleted all as per specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply, laying underground LT cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated & PVC outer sheathing with aluminium Multistranded stranded conductor, Armoured cable 300 sq mm 3.5 core cable confirming to IS-7098 Part-I (1988) with latest ammendments of sizes and connecting to DG and existing LT Panel completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 6 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft and loose soil completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 7 | Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cmcompleted all as per specified and directed. |
| 8 | Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply & laying dry river sand as cable cushioning 15cm thick layer before laying and 8cm thick over cable after laying the cable in trench completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 10 | Supply & laying Pre cast cable cover as mechanical protection layed flat with size of 250mm x 150mm x 40mm completed all as per specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for making plateform for DG Set using block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks & PCC (1:3:6) foundation concrete, 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint with allowable size for minimum hight from GL 1 feet and surface area not be less than 6 mtr x 3.5 mtcompleted all as per specified and directed. |
