| 6 | Designing, Supplying, Developing, lnstallation, Integrating and Commission 06 Nos STPs (a. STP JRC Cap - 1.00 MLD, b. STP No. 42 Cap - 348 KLD, c. STP MH Cap - 150 KLD, d. STP Lal Phatak Cap - 461 KLD, e. STP 80 ORs Cap- 90 KLD, f. STP Hill Track Road Cap- 1.2 MLD ) SCADA System along with various Automation equipment for STP as indicated and as per details attached. The STP SCADA system shall comprise of following: (a) Central Monitoring Station (CMS) with personal computer with latest processor and monitor 13th generation intel (R) core, window 11, i7 processor, (b) 2 KVA UPS with two hours backup. (c) Colour laser Printer. multifunctional two No for A-3 & A-4 sheets with high quality two sided color printing, scanning and copying, print speed 25 PPM, USB, WiFi , wireless suuitable for scan to PDF, from USB flash drivwe port Make : HP or equivalent (d) Server (All 6 STPs Data can be monitored at a time). (e) Data Gateway. (f) SCADA software which can be operated, programmed and modified by agencies other than developer. (g) PLC/ Microprocessor Controllers with indoor/ outdoor applications for water sensing display, pump operation with RTU / without RTU or Microprocessor controller and microprocessor transmitter. (h) Suitable communication system including payment of bills to telecom service provider. (j) Pressure transmitters as per site requirement (k) Ultrasonic sensors , (l) Flow-meters and switches (m) Online Continuous Efluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) for both raw and treated water (COD, BOD, TSS, PH, Amonia, temprature etc ) |
| 7 | Note:- (i) Design of Communication System shall be done by the bidder. Cloud based server/ data storage/ communication shall not be used and only local server based system shall be designed. (ii) The cost of each item shall also be attached to arrive at pricing in case of some addition/ reduction at site. (iii) Operating system, system software and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency. (iv) The memory in the hard disk shall be suitable for six months data. The backup storage device/ devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six months old upto five years. (v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same. (vi) The responsibility of the agency is restricted to intimate mechanical and electrical failures such as failure of pumps, compressors, etc. Such repairs shall be carried by MES. (vii) Operation and maintenance charges to be paid separately. (viii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.
