Supply & Commissioning of Cane Unloader Bridge:- Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of heavy duty outdoor bridge for cane unloader confirmingto IS : 807-1976 & IS : 3177-1977, fabricated from MS plate section confirming to IS 226/2062 steel in box design with end carriage of fusion welded plate box type having L-type bearing housing for LT-wheel assemblies with double end electric drives. Span of Bridge - 22 mtr. Size - Top plate 12 mm, Bottom plate 12mm, side plate 8mm & internal rib plate of 8mm thickness shall be used, internal stiffners shall be placed 700mm aoart in one full & one half configuration. Bridge should be suitable to mount old trolley having wheel centre of 2500mm. Electric panel for new bridge, resistance boxes for bridge motors, control cabin, Electric wires, main switch push button control & cable trolleys for complete unloader. Scope of Work 1. Supply of above mentioned bridge on FOR basis to mill site. 2. Dismantling of old unloader. 3. Erection of new unloader bridge with old trolley & grab with complete electric work with new electrical panel for bridge and all electrical panel for trolley & grab. All wiring should be new & standard ISI make.
