The reflective sheeting should confirm to Type XI Florescent yellow sheeting as per IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D4956-11. | 20 | The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the flexible median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The edge of shieling should not come out easily by putting nails, sharp objects ell. The logo of the manufacture shall be embossed on either side of the body. | 21 | Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic sheeting shall be made of yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with nonmetallic prismatic lens formed in transparent synthetic resin as retro reflective elements. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall have black and yellow stripes with aluminum backed flexible prismatic Type VI sheeting conforming to ASTM: D4956 specifications and standards of coefficient of retro reflectivity, flexibility and impact resistance applicable for rebound able devices. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black colour in a continuous roll format. width of object marker shall be 300mm. | 22 | Road Delineator. Providing and fixing of standard metal Delineator as per IRC 79-2019 consisting old minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in while color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective shieling on each side conforming wilt IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTMO 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both side. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than B00mm above the ground, width not less than 100mm and shall extend nil more than 300mm below the ground while being installed. |
