Providing, fabrication and fixing of Henley type Tailless units with frame of size 2.5mx60cmx2.5m made of MS angle 50mmx3mm with fixing of 02 Nos. Henley Type tailless units for Double circuit containing 06+06 No. incoming/ outgoing studs of 500 Amp/630 volts, made out of copper and Rod made of brass along with 01 Neutral made of brass & 03 +03 back entry made of brass & having 07 +07 LT porcelain insulator fixed in holding clamp made of M.S strip. Both Tailless unit should be connected with copper bus bar of size 400mmx50mmx 10 mm (As per site requirement & as per drawing).Grouting tailless frame with cement and concrete on the Plinth of 160 kva T/F & above with making the connection at T/F and Line side with suitable size Aluminum crimping lugs 400 sqmm for completing the work All material shall be provided by the contractor. Only Cable/Lead for connection will be provided by the Department (With cartage and laying of LT XLPE/PVC cable from ESC Bijnor/Dhampur with loading and unloading to the site by the contractor) (work and items should be as per the respo norms). Earthing of M.S. angle frame structure and Tailless Unit with M.S. earthing rod complete in all respect (earthing rod and grouting of earthing will be provided by contractor). Providing & Fixing of Tin-copper fuses strip/wire of different SWG size suitable for tailless unit in all Phases in all respect.Note:- (Above wiil be assumed as one Unit)
