परिषद की विकास नगर योजना, लखनऊ के सेक्टर-11 में स्थित फुटबाल मैदान के संचालन एवं रख-रखाव का कार्य 10 वर्षों की अवधि तक किराया पद्धति के अनुसार लीज पर दिये जाने का कार्य। इस कार्य हेतु प्रथम वर्ष के लिये रू.2.00 लाख आरक्षित मूल्य है, जिस पर 5.00 प्रतिशत प्रति वर्ष क्रमिक वृद्धि जोड़ते हुए वर्षवार (10 वर्षों हेतु) आंकलित होगी। बिड हेतु प्रथम वर्ष की आरक्षित धनराशि रू.2.00 लाख पर बिडदाता द्वारा इससे अधिक धनराशि Quote की जानी है।
