| 3 | Carriage, Erection and vertical installation of double pole structure using 11-meter long Steel Tubular Poles (STP)/PCC for 11/0.4 kV, 250 kVA transformer mounting. Work includes excavation of pits, grouting with cement concrete mix (1:4:8), and firm erection of poles in line with UPPCL standard construction drawings. The scope further includes supply & installation of all requisite components such as MS top channel (125x65x2240 mm), MS Channel T-off (125x65x1300mm),MS Channel Dropper (100x50x2028 mm), pin insulators with GI pins, Disc Insulator as per requirements, MS bracing angles, GI clamps, base clamps, stone pad, Danger board with clamps nut and bolts, Barbed wire at each Pole. All associated hardware like GI nuts & bolts, washers, fuse wire (HT & LT side of required size) and welding where necessary will be arranged and installed by the contractor only ST Pole will be provided by department . The work shall comply with REC construction practices, UPPCL technical standards, and all site-specific requirements ensuring complete structural and electrical safety. |

| 7 | Surface preparation and painting of 9/11 Meter long Steel Tubular (ST) pole, including thorough cleaning to remove rust, dust, and grease followed by application of one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and one coat of high-grade aluminum paint. The painting shall be carried out using brushes or spraying method as per IS:1477 standards for corrosion protection. The contractor shall arrange all required materials including red oxide primer, aluminum paint, thinners, brushes, scaffolding, and safety equipment. The work must ensure uniform coating and adherence to UPPCL's prescribed specifications for aesthetic finish and weather resistance. |
| 8 | Installation & commissioning of following Distribution Transformer alongwith HT/LT connections including HT Fuse Set Unit, DO, GO & 11 KV TPMO set Complete, required Lug with nuts and Bolts in all respect at Double Pole or at plinth. All terminations must be securely crimped using appropriate size lugs and insulated using heat-shrink sleeves. All pre-commissioning checks—such as continuity testing, insulation resistance (IR) testing, torque verification of terminations, polarity checks, and no-load testing—shall be carried out entirely by the contractor.** The scope of work shall strictly adhere to UPPCL technical specifications and REC construction norms, ensuring safe, durable, and complete energization of installed transformer. Distribution Box suitable for outdoor use (weatherproof MS cubical enclosure conforming to IS:8623 standards.), comprise 1No. 400A and 3No. 250A tailless fuse unit for outgoing circuits copper busbars of 50 mm x 6 mm electrolytic grade copper strip, duly insulated and supported with porcelain or epoxy insulators to ensure mechanical stability and electrical clearance. Distribution Box and from LT Distribution Box to LT overhead line or till connection point. with proper terminatory by lugging and tagging with the help of copper Z/L Clamp each termination shall be covered with LT grade PVC insulation tape to ensure phase identification weather protection and safety. | 19 | Stringing and tensioning of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor to be used as neutral wire for Low Tension (LT) Aerial Bunched Cable (ABC) system, including installation or replacement as required. The work involves fixing of the conductor on poles using LT clamps, shackle insulators, and associated hardware such as GI bolts, nuts, and washers to ensure proper alignment, insulation, and mechanical stability. Sag and tension shall be maintained in accordance with REC and UPPCL standards. Only the ACSR conductor will be provided by the department (All other materials such as insulators, clamps, binding wire, fasteners, and tools shall be arranged and used by the contractor as per site requirements). |
| 20 | Dismantling of existing 100/250KVA, 11/0.4 kV outdoor distribution transformer from plinth or double pole (DP) structure, including complete disconnection of all HT and LT connections, earthing leads, and associated accessories such as GO switch, fuse set, busbars, clamps, and other fittings. The transformer shall be safely lowered to ground using chain pulley block or crane as per site condition, ensuring no damage during handling. After dismantling, the transformer shall be handed over to the Electricity Store Centre, Naini, Prayagraj as directed by the Executive Engineer (site-in-charge). All tools, lifting arrangements, labor, transportation, and safety equipment shall be arranged by the contractor. The work must be executed strictly in accordance with UPPCL electrical safety regulations and standard dismantling procedures. |

| 22 | Hanging of 11 KV XLPE cable of size 3x70/120/185 sq.mm (as per site condition) on existing or newly constructed 9/11 Meter long PCC, STP, or Rail pole. The cable shall be fixed using stay wire and MS stay clamps suitable for the respective pole type, ensuring secure anchoring and maintaining standard clearance. Stay clamps with GI bolts, nuts, and washers shall be arranged and installed by the contractor. Cable alignment shall be straight and sag-free, and all bends shall follow minimum bending radius norms as per IS:1255. The contractor shall ensure mechanical protection, tagging, and safety precautions throughout the execution. Work shall be carried out in accordance with UPPCL specifications and REC construction guidelines. |
| 23 | Laying of LT 3.5x240/400 sq mm LT PVC cable through Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD method) or manual digging (for manual digging a proper tranch (1050mm deep) should be made & cable shall be laid between Two Continuous row of good quality bricks. River sand packing on all side of cable shall be done.) The stone slab shall be laid on top of rows of the bricks parallel to the ground in such manner so that channels is formed covered in either direction proper route marker should be installed on route (All Material except LT PVC cable will be provided by contractor with road restoretion chargage). |
| 24 | Laying/hanging of 3.5 core L.T. cable of size 400/240/150/70 sqmm for connecting LT box/Distribution Box and ABC including proper lugging, tagging and termination. The cable shall be securely fastened using copper Z/L clamps and covered with LT-grade PVC tape at connection points to ensure mechanical stability and saftey. Work includes dressing, alignment and routing of cable along pole structures or walls as per site requirement. Only the LT cable will be provided by the department. All other materials such as aluminium lugs, copper Z/L clamps, insulation tape, fasteners, and tools shall be arranged by the contractor. Installation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with UPPCL standards IS:732, and REC construction practices for LT power distribution systems. |
| 25 | Supply & Fixing of 11 KV 3X70/3X120/3X185 sqmm O/D, I/D cable Heat Shrinkable jointing kits end terminations.The work shall include preparation of cable ends, stripping, crimping of suitable aluminum lugs, positioning and shrinking of heat shrink sleeves, application of sealing mastic, insulation and stress control tubing, earthing connection, and final sealing. All joints and terminations must ensure moisture resistance, electrical integrity, and mechanical strength, tested prior to energization. Termination boxes shall be mounted properly at designated locations (outdoor, indoor panel boards, or mid-run S/T joints). All materials including jointing kits, lugs, insulation sleeves, hardware, and tools shall be arranged by the contractor. The work shall conform to IS:13573 and UPPCL technical guidelines for 11 kV HT cable termination systems. (All Material to be provided by contractor as per site requirement).
