Head at EWS JDA Housing Colony Udheywala Phase I and Phase II by way of fabrication and fitting of 02 no.s U – shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pumps by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 02 no.s expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. One no. submersible pump set kept at site as standby. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Job includes Providing and fabrication of 20 no. 4” dia column pipes 0f length 10’ each. Welding of pipes with flanges after cleaning the ends and grinding them for preparing the surface. Welding of the 39 no’s flanges with 12 mm thick heavy duty flanges, providing and fitting of 4” clamps , fabrication of 4” bend to be fitted above BGL. The job also includes providing and fitting of 01 no. check valve (CS) & 02 No. sluice valve (CS) 4” to the delivery line and washout line of submersible pump set, providing and fitting of 02 no’s flanges and fitment in the pipe making of holes- 4 nos each to match with the check valve and sluice valve. Welding of flange and tightening of check valve & sluice valve and nut bolts with rubber insertion sheet. A side cut is to be made in each flange to accommodate the submersible cable and strengthening of flanges by providing and welding of 12 mm thick cleats. Job also includes digital electromechanical flow meter 4 inch having digital display on delivery line for measurement of discharge. The stabilizer should be provided with 200 Amps MCCB for over load protection, voltage and current display for independent phases with selector switches along with RYB phase indicators. The stabilizer should be mounted on unidirectional wheels. Shifting of stabilizer to site of installation by means of mechanical transport. Unloading using hydra crane and skilled labour. Providing and fitting of 200 Amps main switch between electric transformer and voltage stabilizer. Main switch is to be mounted on the wall using anchor bolts. Providing and fitting of 120 mm sq. armoured LT Al cable to be laid between voltage stabilizer to main switch and from main switch to electric transformer after proper thimbling (40 Mtrs approx.). Making necessary electrical connections and testing the stabilizer on no load and then on full load conditions. The panel is tell sheet enclosed dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG pressed and shaped CRCA sheet steel supported on MS angle of 75 mm ISMC of suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. Panel edges and door edges is reinforced against distortion. The panel is sturdy enough for vibration free operation and is equipped with suitable locking / sealing arrangements. The structure is provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel is given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of powdered coated steel grey paint and is equipped with following components.1. 1. Incoming Panel Box: - The incoming panel box is fitted with MCCB of 200 Ampere capacity for OL, SC, EF protection having display with ON / OFF, trip indicating light, digital multifunction meter with communication port (RJ485), digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, control fuse etc. of approved make. 2.Star delta starter: - The panel is fitted with a fully automatic contactor of 140 Amp -2 nos. and 110 Amp - 1 no. for star delta operation, 1 no. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 3 nos. indicators, for status of starter i.e. running, tripped, by passed / in line of protection system. 1 no. Automation: - The panel is to be fitted with an automation system in which the tripped motor tripped due to power failure or by the protection device, should start automatically after the resumption of power or rectification of voltage related faults. The bus bar / cable is fitted with the help of insulators into the panel firmly to withstand any short circuit stresses.
