| 2 | Decoupling of 06 cusec x 8 meter head HC pump and motor and then dismantling of top cover of split casing pump, carriage and shifting of dismantled 6 cusec pump and motor by way of shifting to head load/ nearest roadside using manual labour, ropes, chain pulley etc, loading in mechanical transport vehicle, carriage to workshop for repairs. After complete repairs back shifting of pump and motor to site of installation i.e. L.I.S. Ismailpur. The job includes labour charges, hire charges of vehicle (to & fro), carriage, shifting, loading and unloading all the tools and tackles are to be arranged by firm. Repairs to 06 cusec pump unit 3 at workshop by way of dismantling, extraction of old and worn out parts /damaged parts i.e bearings, sleeves ,check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Re-building/repair to impeller by way of brazing, filling of pitted vanes and finishing to accurate size. Repair to impeller hub, Repair to pump shaft by way of turning & finishing to accurate size. P/F of neck rings, 2Nos. gland bushes, check nuts, 2Nos. bearings 6210, 2Nos. sleeves. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and service of bearing housing suitable gland packing, oil paper. Complete Fabrication of new gland plate set as per sample. Along with along with grease gun, nuts bolts are required at site. Providing fitting of new coupling set of unit 3 by way of fabrication of new coupling pulley set as per sample and according to size of motor and shaft, providing fitting of key ways,(both HC pump and motor side) and coupling both pump and motor and checking their alignment along with necessary repairs to base frame by concreting and strengthening it by providing necessary support to reduce vibration. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at site.Repair to suction and delivery pipe of unit 3 of 250 mm dia by way of welding, cutting of rusted joints and providing fitting of extension pipe of length 1.5 foot approx with flanges on both sides along with MS bend of 250 mm dia on suction side with nuts, bolts and rubber flanges along with suitable supports to the suction pipe. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges with hiring charges of tools and tackles |
