Repairs to 4 cusec x 30 m head HC pump coupled with 60HP motor of Unit-II along with allied works at LIS Didwara.

Repairs to 4 cusec x 30 m discharge Horizontal Centrifugal pump of unit no-II at LIS Didwara coupled with 60 HP motor by way of decoupling the motor from the pump removal of nuts-bolts from coupling pulley set. Dismantling the pump from the base frame,suction pipeline and delivery Pipe line. Shifting the pump from LIS Didwara to nearest road site by head load and carriage up to work shop in mechanical transport for repair. Dismantling the pump and extracting the damaged internal parts. Repairs to impeller by brazing of impeller vanes and finishing to required size, Providing and fitting one no impeller wearing ring. Repair to pump shaft by remetalling at wearout place and turning and making new thread,Re-assembling the same.Providing and fitting of two new bearings of appropriate size as required ,neck ring,shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Providing and fitting of graphite packing. Then shifting back of the pump to the pump house after carrying out necessary repairs. Re-installation of pump in proper alignment with 60 HP motor and testing on full load at site. Providing of extra 5 kg graphite packing of size 10 mm for pump No.II and pump No.III. Repairs to 250 mm diameter sluice valve of Unit III by way of dismantling at workshop for extraction of worn-out moving internal parts. Providing and fitting of Brass machined and thread new stem rod with locking nut. Providing and fitting new CI gland bracket along with gland packing. Reassembling of sluice valve checking operation for smooth alignments. Repairs to 250 mm reflux valve by way of dismantling reflux valve from delivery side of unit no III. The job involves extraction of broken flap of reflux valve. Providing and fitting of new flap with locking sheet. Replacement of hinge and hinge pin of the valve. Fitting of the valve on the delivery line with providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts along with rubber sheet to prevent leakage.Minor repairs to 250KVA electric transformer at site by way of disconnecting the incoming (HT) electrical connection and outgoing electrical connection i.e. LT connection. Then dismantling the top cover of the transformer by unscrewing the required nuts and bolts to have access for extraction of LT bushes rods.Topping up of new transformer oil 50 liters in the transformer. Refitting of the top cover of transformer by providing and fitting of new gasket sheet. Testing the continuity of each phase and secure all connection. Giving all the incoming and outgoing electrical connection after cutting the burnt ends of the cable and p/f of new thimbles of appropriate rating/ size and insulation. Complete job includes the cost of the material, to & fro transportation charges(mechanical carriage & head load) of the material, skilled/unskilled labour charges,hiring of tools and tackles etc. Complete Job.Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
