It also includes the preparation of consumer ledgers in the specified format, revenue statements, monthly outstanding statement, and other related information required by the department. Additionally, it covers the provision of necessary stationery and the monthly submission of these documents to the department.

Work of meter reading and bill distribution for consumer connections includes the following tasks : Taking meter reading of consumer water meters and recording water consumption in binders. Timely filling and submission of reading sheets in specified formats to the Assistant Engineer (AEN) in charge. Checking the printed bills before distributing them to the consumers. Getting bills corrected from the department if necessary.

Work of timely distribution of the bills to the consumers, as the bills received from bill printing agency and the bills got approved by the Assistant Engineer (AEN) incharge.
