Dismantling and Lowering of existing 2-TON EOT crane: Complete controlled dismantling and lowering of the existing 2-TON electric overhead traveling (EOT) crane including the provision and use of hydraulic lifting necessary straightening of hydraulic and engagement of heavy labor at site.

Overhaul and Testing of Flexible DSL System; complete repair, overhauling, and function testing of the flexible DSL System Scope includes replacement/repair of cuplers and I Bolt GI wiring holding system and rigorous electrical testing of all existing associated motors and other electrical components/ accessories.

Repairing of main hoist break assembly

Comprehensive repair and reconditioning of the main Electric control panel including the supply and incorporation of all required material (e.g. replacement of contactors, transformer, relay, wiring and terminal blocks) to restore full operational capability

Wire rope maintenance and treatment with comprehensive cleaning, oiling, greasing and application of suitable wire rope compound to the hoist wire rope.

Re-assembly of panel Box, wire rope limit switch etc.

Complete welding turning alignment and balancing of the existing crane & panting charge for above hoist & girder
