Design, Manufacturing, Supply and Installation of an equestrian statue of Prithviraj Chauhan on RCC/ stone masonary structure platform. The Seulpture shall be made of Dhatu Alloy of metals through lost wax casting method. The composition of Dhatu (Alloy of Metals) should be as under Copper - 80% to 85% Tin, Lead, Zinc or other metal - 15% to 20% with wall thickness of the cast Dhatu (Alloy of Metals) Should not be less than 4-5 mm including planning, developing , casting, all loading and unloading, transportation, scaffolding, hosting, installation with all required T & P , fixing overon base surface as per shape - size and placement as per approved drawing , finishing surface treatment etc. The Statute shall be coverd properly till the date of inaurgation of site. Modeling, 3 D scanning of the model shall be approved by engineer incharge before final casting of statute. After Metal Casting and Welding finishing work final color shall be approved by authority. The total height of sculpture shall be approx 10ft and length 11 feet. Dimension may be changed as per site engineer. The total weight of sculpture shall be approx 950-1000 kg .
