| 5 | M&L for preperation of unsurfaced waterbound macadam surfaces of any type by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bagto remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for premix bitumen macadam with pavment bitumen (VG-40) content 4.50 % by weight of total mix laid by mechanical mixer paver /rolled compaced & rolled to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness of BM 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.00 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint with glass beeds of approved colour conforming to BS 3262 -1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. |
