Dismantling carefully terraced floor only (including floor finish if any ) or lime terracing in ground floor roof and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. With Extra rate for each addl floor over the rate of ground floor.

Taking out old damaged tarfelt from the roof, parapet etc. prepareing the roof surfaces by removing all spoils, blister, moss from the working area and disposal the same beyond the compound and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix1:2:4) with graded stone chips (6 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Plaster with sand cement morter (1:6) including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ stagging where necessary./ 25 mm thick.

Supplying and laying 3 mm thick pre fabricated plastometric water proofing membrane conforming to IS-12311-1 and ASTMD 5147 manufactured with atactic poly propylene(APP) modified premium grade asphalt specially reinforced with non oven polyester core with polyester reinforcement @ 160 gm& both faces covered with thermofesible polyethylene film / mineral on top faces cover with a coat of primer@ 0.4 lit/sqm of manufectureer specification on smooth clean dry surface prepare wherever required. lap joint shall be provided of 75 mm in longitudinal and 100 mm in transverse direction and fused using LPG/ propane toch employing extra care ensuring full bondage complete removal of entraped air and sealing edges into groves in appropriate manner as per direction of Engineer in Charge all complete including materials, labour and applicable taxes. membrane property ; sofen point > 150 deg C cold flexibility < -6deg C. Tensile strength n/m2: 600(longitudinal), 450(transverse). tearing strength n/m2 300( longitudinal), 200( transverse) .

Removal of rubbish from the work site and dispose of the same with corporation rules for such disposal loading into the truck and cleaning the same in all respect as per direction in charge.
