Repair to 90HP three phase induction motor of Unit no. I at LIS Padoh by way of decoupling the damaged motor from pump after disconnecting all the electrical connections. Dismantling of the motor at site by way of unscrewing of nuts/bolts and then extraction of rotor from the stator, extracting out old damaged/burnt copper winding from the stator, cleaning the slots of stator with appropriate chemical cleanser. Complete rewinding of the stator with providing/winding and fitting of new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications at site. Providing and fitting of new F class insulation, packing material. Varnishing the stator winding with superior quality varnish and drying the stator winding completely. P/F of bearing to Driving and Non-Drive Ends of the motor as per sample. Reassembling the motor with the help of nuts/bolts/screws after inserting rotor inside the stator of the motor and checking the continuity of each phase. Refitting/installation of 90 HP motor of Unit no. I on the base frame and coupling it with pump and making all the electrical connections. Testing of the motor on no load and then on full load for its smooth operation. Job includes repair to 200mm dia foot valves of Unit-I, Unit-II and Unit-III at LIS Padoh by way of dismantling foot valves from suction pipes in sump tank. Dragging out from sump with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles. Dismantling of foot valves, cleaning and replacing the leather sheets cut to size along with rubber sheet for flanges with p/f of new nuts and bolts along with washers. Re-assembling and fitting the same to suction pipes in sump tank with the help of manual labour using required tools/tackles and testing them.Providing of gland packing (size 10mm)-2 kg and grease- 2 kg for smooth operation of pumping units installed. Complete job involves cost of material, skilled and unskilled labour charges, transportation charges, headload charges, hire charges of tools/tackles required for the job inclusive of all taxes as applicable and rebate on old parts including copper.
