Removing old unserviceable top and S&F new table Top of suitable size shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated MDF Board exterior grade (Make: Green Ply /Century/Action Tesa) ISI marked confirming to IS-14587 Grade-I of shade approved by GE with wooden edging and headless nails all round the edges all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable long rail/stiffner and S & F new long rail/stiffner of conduit pipe 25 mm 1.6 mm thick as per drawing.

Removing of unserviceable short rail/stiffner and S & F new short rail/stiffner of conduit pipe 25 mm 1.6 mm thick as per drawing.

Removing of unserviceable legs rail and S & F new legs of conduit pipe 25 mm 1.6 mm thick as per drawing.

Removing of unserviceable shoe and S & F new hard rubber shoes as per drawing

M & L for welding to broken steel frame of Table Dining ORS.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces of table dining ORs by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents & scratches, if any filling the same with paste fillet and spray painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint(1st grade quality) (Colour shade as approved by GE ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete after preparation of surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
