| 4 | Supply of Galvanised Iron Pole for street light as per standard IS 4759, 8.5 m in length, three sections, cylindrical round, 3.2mm thickness, having section 3000 x 140 mm dia, 2750x 114mm dia, 2750 x 89mm dia having street light arm of size 1000mm longx 48mm ODX 2.6MM thick welded into 300mm long x 89 mm GI pipe suitably closed at top , designed to withstand wind speed of 170 Kmph, code IS875 (Part3), mounting with MS base plate of size 240mmx240mmx16mm as per standard IS2062), bolt & nut straight of SS316 material, Grey in colour, Special UV coating provided for 20 years life, tensile strength of 3000Kg/sqcm and single longitudinal welded in built junction box with openable door, the junction box should be flush pole external surface and shall provide cable connection , the inbuilt juntion box shall be provided with 1 Nos 16 amps din rail type connector, 16 amps SP MCB \\"C\\" series, earthing stud and easy access for electrical connection and maintenance including 4 Nos fundation bolt of size M20x750mm with nut and washers etc as required. |
| 5 | Painting of exposed portion of street light poles including light bracket &looping box of the following height with 2 or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of an approved brand and manufacture of the required colour to give an even shade, including scrapping, finishing the surface, applying a coat of red oxide, and finally numbering the pole with Black & white colour paint as per directions of the engineer-in-charge etc., complete as required. (Primer: Asian paints, Berger, and Nerolac make and synthetic enamel paint : Apcolite premium enamel paint of Asian paint or a similar of Berger or Nerolac). |
| 6 | Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 70 Watt LED Street Light Outdoor Type Fitting designed for all weather conditions made with pressure die cast alluminium housing having effective thermal management, separate optical and control gear compartment for better maintenance, suitable for installation on existing pole bracket etc. The Luminaire shall have following specifications as Efficacy > 110 Lumen/Watt, Inbuilt Surge Protection Device of not less than 10KV, IP66 Protection, Operating Voltage Range 140V - 270V, Colour Temperature 5700K, Complete system power rating not more than 70Watts with High performance Constant Current Electronic Driver suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz AC Supply including connection with 1.5 Sq.mm.
